Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing to book with me. My aim is to provide a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience from the moment you book until your service is completed. Please take a moment to read the booking policy below before confirming your appointment.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure all bookings. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service selected. All deposits are deducted from the final payment. The remaining balance is payable via bank transfer or cash. Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Appointment Policy

1. If your preferred date is unavailable, please include an alternative date in the booking notes. 
2. If you plan to attend your appointment with a plus-one, this must be communicated in advance so proper arrangements can be made.

Lateness Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. 
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
A £10 charge applies after 15 minutes, and a £20 charge applies after 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled at the artist’s discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the artist cancels the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment require 50% payment of the service cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours allows the deposit to remain valid; however, it must be used within the same booking month.

Premium Appointments

Appointments scheduled before 9:00am or after 5:00pm attract an additional £10 fee.
